About Ronald Lee
I’m a licensed counsellor by profession with seven years of practice experience, and my area of expertise is in behavioral health, lifestyle balance, and health behavior change.
I’m also an enthusiast in alternative and integrative health and healing to promote well-being, particularly from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). As a user of TCM and a Qigong practitioner, I have learnt about the Tao of living – and that is all about balance.
